Ca'n Jordi is a single family house with already a long history. The original building was built 30 years ago as a summer "Casita" at that time. After several ownerships and appropriate changes, it is a small piece of jewellery and paradise today.

In Ca'n Jordi, you will enjoy the charm of an old Mediterranean Finca, connected with today's comfort of modern technology.

A beautiful garden property of approximately 1,240 square meters for you, as our guests, and a floor space of approximately 230 square meters on two floors (160 square meters ground floor, 70 square meters upper floor) are available for the customers, as well as further approx. 70 square meters, partly considered, of terrace.

The ground floor offers three of the bedrooms as well as two bathrooms en suite which are located beside the living room, the dining-room and the kitchen. Approximately around the house, there are various considered and free terraces and seats at the disposal for our guests.

An external grill is also not missing for the summer nights, in winter, the cosy fire-places and furnaces in the living and the dining-room make our guests feel good during their vacation. Because of the central heating, Ca'n Jordi is available for customers the whole year!

There is a solitary, separate unit in the upper floor with dwelling, small kitchen line and a bedroom with a bath en suite.

From the terrace for breakfast, our guests will enjoy the view on the sea as well as the large sunning duck race which are the finishing touches of this unit.

Here, parents, friends or grandparents can spend their own small vacation, beside the public areas and in privacy if they want. The upper floor is attainable over a separate external staircase.

Rents can be done either only for the ground floor or for the entire house as a unit. A separate letting of ground connection and upper floor to two different tenants does not take place. Like that, it is ensured that you enjoy the privacy which you wish to find during your vacation.
